Situation

Executing the following, shows multiple outdated devDependencies:

npm outdated -l | grep devDependencies

Change

Update devDependencies to latest versions as follows:

Verification

Thanks for approving! I currently have a backlog of PRs in this repo that are approved without being merged. Is @jennifer-shehane not available at this time? I don't seem to be getting her attention.
