I'm guessing you'd prefer to not just symlink CLAUDE.md -> AGENTS.md for maximum Windows support?

This seemed like a nicer option. So not the individual developers need to create sym links.

I'm suggesting we could check in a symlink, if we're not worried about people not being able to create symlinks. I know on Windows users creating symlinks is only allowed when dev mode is enabled, but I always enable dev mode on my own Windows machines.

https://agents.md/ does suggest symlinking, FWIW.

hmm interesting. Mind pointing me to where?
I'm definitely not against going the symlink route. I was just thinking that if Pokey does a git pull this solution would just work without breaking anything.

You and agents.md have convinced me. I believe Pokey is probably capable of creating a symbolic link if he needs to :D

@pokey Mind testing this?
edit: The solution for working with Claude or other agents that doesn't natively support AGENTS.md is to create a symbolic link.
