Adjusted unmaintained tree-sitter-languages dependency to the maintained tree-sitter-languages-pack fork (compatible with CPython 3.1.3).

I was not able to install the project and it looks like we're relying on the unmaintained tree_sitter_languages package rather than the maintained tree_sitter_language_pack fork. By using the
tree_sitter_language_packwe avoid the CPython 3.1.3 compatibility error.
