Hello @cshenry !

Here are some edits of FullThermo that may improve its readability and alignment with Python conventions. The edits summary include:

  1. marginal comments are aligned for readability
  2. parameter names were made more intuitive
  3. variable names of Python keywords were renamed

I can elaborate or revert any changes.
