The Python scripts, which are probably the only diffs worth reviewing, are ~90% down the "Files Changed" page. My fork somehow has numerous changes that I didn't make (blackened and function edits), possibly from merging Filipe's fork. The changes in
modelseedpy/core/msgrowthphenotypes.py,modelseedpy/core/msmedia.py,modelseedpy/core/mstemplate.py, andmodelseedpy/ml/build_classifier.pyunfortunately didn't diff, so these may require extra review.
