@rongxin-liu are we still blocked on 3.13, per the open subtasks? |

Some libraries aren’t fully compatible with Python 3.13, but we can work around that. Since the latest development build of TensorFlow is working—which is usually the main blocker—we’re in a good position to move forward. We’ll go ahead and upgrade to Python 3.13 now. |
