Si on a ces 2 items en + ici, je pense qu'on pourrait nommer API Access et Integrations différemment. Sinon c'est un peu confus.
API access du coup faudrait que ça introduise toutes les APIs qu'on propose pour la CTI et il faudrait un items en + genre "smoke" (mais avec un nom qu'on trouve qui est pas un code interne) et les intégration seraient un sous menu de smoke, la page principale de spoke étant spécialisée pour smoke
