Looks like clippy is still not happy

Another semver bump there forces us to also do a semver bump.

The MSRV bump is just on general principle. I chose
1.86 as that's what's in Debian sid right now.

Yeah I need to sync the CI setup on this one with other projects where we don't gate on clippy minor issues

This is on crates.io but missing a git tag. Probably also worth pointing out in there that cap-std-ext itself has no compatibility breaks and also point to bytecodealliance/cap-std#401 for the cap-std changes.
