This reverts commit bc30b5d.
Remove commented-out line for NPM authentication token in .npmrc creation step.
Validates that property names use abbreviated `min`/`max` instead of `minimum`/`maximum`, both as prefixes (e.g. `minimumQuantity` → `minQuantity`) and standalone (e.g. `minimum` → `min`). Extends min/max abbreviation validation to query parameter and header names, complementing the existing PropertyMinMaxAbbreviationRule for type properties.
