docs: update readme and wishlist md files

Description

• I'd like to update README.md and WISHLIST.md
  • for README.md, adding pydantic-ai, autogen into Repository Structure, fix some typos.
  • for WHISHLIST.md, removing pydantic-ai, autogen, those already have been implemented.

Tests

• No tests required.
