This PR addresses the issue where the GithubViewPRTool doesn't include the PR URL and repository name in its response.

Changes

  • Added pr_url and repo_name fields to the ViewPRObservation class
  • Updated the view_pr function to extract and include these values in the observation
  • Updated the string template to include the new fields

This will help users quickly identify which repository a PR belongs to and provide a direct link to the PR, improving the user experience when working with PRs across multiple repositories.

Fixes the issue where the agent was looking at the wrong repository when analyzing PRs.
