Add sparkle emoji to README

This PR adds a sparkle emoji (✨) to the top of the README file as requested in the Linear issue.

Changes:

• Added a sparkle emoji (✨) at the very top of the README.md file
• Maintained the existing formatting and layout of the document

Resolves the Linear issue: "test issue by carol"
