…epending on the env. (#4173) * Allow users to choose, when the interval is minute, how many minutes can pass between intervals. A value of 15 means every 15 minutes since the last periodic run. I'm using this opportunity to also set minimum limits. Self-hosters can run every minute, but in SaaS it will be a higher value. * The second/microsecond reset needs to happen at the beginning. * Lint fixes * Fix tests; add backend validation to ensure interval=minute minute values are >=settings.INTEGRATIONS_PERIODIC_MINUTE_MIN
