While pinning to a SHA hash is a positive security step, this configuration remains vulnerable to a 'pwn-request' attack. By using pull_request_target while checking out the PR's head.sha, you allow untrusted code from a fork to access your repository's secrets. It is highly recommended to remove the checkout of the untrusted branch and check out the base branch code instead.
