What this PR does

Updates the MCP server synchronization section to document:

  • The actual sync interval (~2 hours, not 24 hours as previously stated)
  • How admin credentials are used during sync
  • OAuth token refresh behavior during sync
  • What happens when refresh tokens expire

Why

The previous docs stated sync happens every 24 hours, which is inaccurate. The gateway uses per-account Durable Object alarms that fire approximately every 2 hours with jitter. This has caused confusion in internal chat and could mislead customers planning around refresh windows.
