[AI Gateway] Remove supported-models page

The supported models list was auto-generated and hidden from the sidebar. Redirects both /ai-gateway/supported-models/ and the existing /ai-gateway/legacy-models/ to /ai/models/.

• Adds two 301 redirects in public/__redirects:
  • /ai-gateway/supported-models/ → /ai/models/
  • /ai-gateway/legacy-models/ → /ai/models/ (updated from the old intermediate redirect)
• Redirect destination /ai/models/ exists and is valid.
