Now that I'm looking at the resulting code, I don't see any reasons why. I double checked my early design notes and I concluded this must have been a result of evolution.
This way, the header is available for every request handling on the server side.
We are going back & forth on this one, but with the introduction of async file submission and additional algorithm enhancements on the server side to use more LLMs, overall we'd be better off with locality
Recent algorithm change on the server side prefers a larger batch for more efficiency
