Hello! Do you have an information stating somewhere that certificates are offered for free, without requiring any additional steps on the user's part? If so, please add it to the "announcement" line.

And the user doesn't have to perform any additional steps to get that certificate? If so, please add that link to the "announcement" field, and a note in the notes field that the page is in Azerbaijani. |
