Saving entity before attachment state is "Virus Scan In Progress(refresh page)" in trend micro enabled repository

Describe your changes

In repository when trend micro is enabled, if we upload an attachment and try to save the entity before the status becomes "Virus scan in progress", the entity gets saved and the status gets stuck on "Virus scan in progress (refresh page)" But no matter how many times we refresh the page it stays in the same status (it doesn't switch to success). However if we then put the same entity in edit mode it immediately switches to "Success".

After putting the entity in edit mode, if we discard draft it goes back to "Virus scan in progress (refresh page)" but if we save it stays as "Success"

Query was just for draft table added for active table as well
