Add plotting functions

Adding utils to visualize the hierarchical clauses more easily.

• Added utility functions for plotting clauses. Creates a graph using networkx which can then be used for plotting.
• Added get_ta_states function to get the clause states from the packed binary format.
• Added map_ta_id_to_feature_id function to map each to the actual feature in the input data.
• Added an example to visualize the clauses for the noisy parity data.
