I build production AI infrastructure — RAG pipelines, Bedrock agents, MCP servers, and the CDK stacks that hold them together. Not prototypes. Systems with real users, real SLAs, and real on-call pages.

Currently the AI Engineer on the ERS team at AAA Auto Club Enterprises, where I own the full stack of a Claude-powered chatbot serving call center agents in real time: Bedrock agents, Knowledge Bases, Lambda, DynamoDB, and every CDK deployment in between. I've architected MCP server integrations connecting Salesforce Agentforce to Bedrock Knowledge Bases — presented to engineering leadership. Current focus: building an internal AI developer tooling ecosystem with Claude Code, subagents, and the AI Harness framework, and running knowledge-transfer sessions for the engineering org.

Before specializing in AI infra, I built backend systems for enterprise clients across Central America and mentored 8 junior developers — 6 were hired full-time afterward. Studied Systems Engineering in El Salvador, then moved to DFW and went all-in on cloud and AI.
