I'm not overly opinionated on this, but it might be better to have this extracted into a separate repo that can be installed and run from the command line. This is what we did for the solana ops stuff

This PR introduces a new template to switch our
respectedGameTypeto a Permissioned game and allows us to blacklist specific games.Only the op security council can sign for this task.
