- This PR contains updates from the score set re-run, and includes dataseta/pickle files that are needed to run the analysis notebooks. This PR also reverts a change in the alignment selection logic, as well as a schema change to be compatible with the MaveDB Nov 24 release: https://zenodo.org/records/14172004
