Fix Hydra example type - use @type prefix per JSON-LD spec

The HydraCollectionBaseSchema example used type instead of @type, failing Redocly OpenAPI linting and violating JSON-LD conventions.

Changes

• src/Hydra/JsonSchema/SchemaFactory.php: Changed line 232 from 'type' => 'string' to '@type' => 'string' in the hydra:view example object
• tests/Functional/JsonSchema/JsonLdJsonSchemaTest.php: Added test verifying the example uses @type with @ prefix
• .github/workflows/ci.yml: Added redocly-lint job that generates OpenAPI spec and validates it with Redocly CLI

The fix ensures consistency with the property definition (lines 210-212) which correctly uses @type:
