Public API, was not marked as @Deprecated(forRemoval = true) => should not be removed.
Let's mark forRemoval for now?

Hello, @ptupitsyn.
I suggest fully deprecating in 2.18 (still can cherry-pick IGNITE-28387 after private talk with release manager). After that, it can be safely removed in 2.19+
