HBASE-29860 Replace site skin with latest official maven-fluido-skin

On this branch before we used Josh Elser's patched Maven site skin which does not seem to be compatible with the newer Maven site plugin thus mvn site cannot be built because a NullPointerException.

Replacing the Maven site skin with the latest official maven-fluido-skin seems to fix the issue.
