FINERACT-2181: Swagger enhancement for PostSavingsProductsRequest

Description

For PostSavingsProductsRequest we need to enhace the swagger for the following fields:

withdrawalFeeForTransfers(false)
enforceMinRequiredBalance(false)
allowOverdraft(false)
withHoldTax(false)
isDormancyTrackingActive(false)
