As I understand, since both are at the same level (with two ## i.e. https://github.com/apache/cordova-docs/blob/master/www/docs/en/latest/guide/platforms/android/index.md?plain=1#L204), they are different sections.

So one thing is the "System Requirements", which is basically a link to the official docs for Android Studio's system requirements (OS and hardware), and "The Required Software & Tools", which is the software that needs to be installed to make Cordova work.

Ok I thought Required Software & Tools is a sub section of System Requirements and thought that the system requirements are listed in Required Software & Tools. For me the The Required Software & Tools was for me like the system requirements. But I see there is a link to the system requirements for Android Studio like you mentioned. Sorry, maybe this was because english is not my native language. Thanks for the clarification :)
