CAMEL-22721 Use CachedOutputStream to enable streaming of large zip file

Description

Use CachedOutputStream to enable streaming of large zip files and added tests that verify that the ZipSplitter doesn't read the whole files in the zip file into memory

This PR is updated with feedback given on PR-21249

I think it was updated now with the two changes and a fix in the test to skip capturing memory in "testSplitter()" test
