Summary of Changes

Hello @mpeddada1, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request focuses on a routine maintenance update, specifically upgrading the google_cloud_platform_libraries_bom to its 26.74.0-rc1 release candidate. This change ensures that the project benefits from the latest versions of various Google Cloud client libraries, which are managed consistently through the Bill of Materials. The update also includes aligning the associated license information.

Highlights

  • Dependency Version Update: The primary google_cloud_platform_libraries_bom dependency has been updated to version 26.74.0-rc1.
  • Google Cloud Library Updates: Several Google Cloud client library versions, including gax_version, google_cloud_spanner_version, and google_cloud_datastore_v1_proto_client, have been updated to their respective release candidate versions to align with the new BOM.
  • License Information Alignment: The libraries-bom entry in the dep_urls_java.yaml file has been updated to reflect the new 26.74.0-rc1 version, ensuring license tracking is current.
