Summary of Changes

Hello @shunping, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request updates the version constraint for the httplib2 library to address deprecation warnings encountered during testing with newer Python versions. By expanding the allowed version range, the system can utilize a more recent, compatible version of httplib2, thereby eliminating the reported warnings and improving overall code hygiene.

Highlights

  • Dependency Update: The upper bound for the httplib2 dependency in sdks/python/setup.py has been increased from <0.23.0 to <1.0.0.
  • Deprecation Warning Resolution: This change aims to resolve DeprecationWarnings originating from httplib2 when running Python 3.10 and 3.12, specifically related to setName and leaveWhitespace methods.

Looks like even with the latest version 0.31.0, the deprecating warning message will still be there. Closing this effort for now.
