What is the purpose of the change
Ensure that the
skipQualityproperties applies to all top-level tasks. This is specifically needs to apply to the RAT task, which is defined at the top-level.The
lang/java/pom.xmlinherits from the top-levelpom.xmlso the profiles is still taken into account from there.Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
