@kou @pitrou I've added some initial blog post notes about the bug fixes on the release. We might want to add more info for the Gandiva detect overflow in repeat and the Fix pre-buffering issues in IPC file reader when reading variadic buffers, dictionaries and validate IPC buffers offsets and lengths issues.

I think that we don't need to highlight the Gandiva's repeat() fix than other normal fixes because I think that real-world attaches are caused by this.
