@SanyogDeshmukh we are moving out of jenkins to favor Github Actions. Can we do the same with Github Actions?

No GitHub Action doesn't have executor for s390x. That's why the idea is to still have Jenkins (on demand) specifically about s390x.

@mattrpav We now have hosted GHA actions runners available for IBM Z and gradually onboarding opensource communities to utilize it as we work on expanding the capacity. I had mentioned it in this PR. Is this something community is willing to explore? Thanks!

@rposts ActiveMQ is interested in trying out the s390x GH Action, but I'm not sure it is our call alone-- might require Apache Infra sign-off. @jbonofre insights?

@rposts thanks for the updated ! Yes, definitely, @mattrpav is right: we are interesting to use s390x with GH (I would be happy to remove completely Jenkins).
Let me create another PR to test s390x in GH Action (in ActiveMQ CI).
