Migration Changes [router-current-navigation] Replaces usages of the deprecated Router.getCurrentNavigation method with the Router.currentNavigation signal. Converts the entire application to block control flow syntax.
…onfiguration - Updated Angular dependencies in package.json to version 22.0.0. - Changed server command in package.json to use 'tsx' instead of 'ts-node'. - Modified server.ts to use default import for express. - Updated server.tsconfig.json to include target and lib settings, and enabled esModuleInterop. - Added ChangeDetectionStrategy.Eager to app.component.ts, course-card.component.ts, course-image.component.ts. - Updated tsconfig.app.json and tsconfig.spec.json to suppress specific Angular compiler diagnostics. - Adjusted tsconfig.json to ignore deprecations and modify strictness settings.
