• Add an English How-To document for adding ACP MonitorDashboard resources for Ingress NGINX.
• Include the complete ingress-nginx-controller-dashboard and ingress-nginx-request-handling-performance-dashboard CRs in the document.
• Describe what each dashboard is for and list the panels included in each dashboard.

Notes

• The document follows the same shape as the EnvoyGateway dashboard guide: prerequisites, manifest creation, kubectl apply, and dashboard details.
