This pull request adds support for a new
UsageUpdatetype to the session update system, allowing the protocol to report token or resource usage for a session. The changes include the definition of the new type, registration for JSON deserialization, and comprehensive tests (including a new golden file) to ensure correct parsing and deserialization.
