Make WordPress core and ACF available via Composer

This allows to source-dive function calls and provides decoupled Intelephense support.

It's also a bit of a test to see if advanced-forms is still maintained by a human or if I should think about forking it :)

@mishterk I couldn't find any email address on your website, so there's only your name in the composer.json file.

Includes IntelliSense support for:

• WordPress Core
• Advanced Custom Fields, free version
• WP CLI

Thanks for the PR. I'll take a look when I have some time — I'm mid project at the moment and have a deadline to work to.

FYI, it would be disappointing if someone forked the plugin. I'd prefer you didn't.
