feat: Ignore loc folders in site search

Fixes #243

Requires adobe/da-nx#121 to be merged before this.

When in a site root, if there is a .da/translation file with a languages sheet, it will parse the locales out of that sheet and then skip all of those folders in the site root. It will also skip the langmaster folder.

As of right now there is no mechanism to turn this on/off. @auniverseaway Thoughts on that? Should it be configurable?
