I'm not a maintainer and lack the authority to merge this, but it looks like a vast amount of changes and that a lot of them are not about fixes for building on mac. It therefore seems hard to to think about. |

fixed the most recent master to have it work on MacOS Catalina as well (tested with VLC and example/rtsp_h264_file.cpp)
