Upgrades all Codecov upload steps in GitHub Actions from
codecov/codecov-action@v5/@v6to@v7.In
ci.yml, four steps change: JUnit test results upload and gcov coverage upload inrun_tests, coverage upload inrobot_model_check, and bashcov coverage intest_start_ursim.test_python_scripts.ymlupdates its single coverage upload the same way.
