EUrouter exposes an OpenAI-compatible API at
https://api.eurouter.ai/api/v1, so the integration follows the same pattern as the existingalbert-etalabprovider — usingcreateOpenAICompatible()with no additional SDK dependencies. Authentication uses a Bearer token via theEUROUTER_API_KEYenvironment variable, which follows the existinggetProviderKey()convention.Test plan
