Description
We couldn't upgrade Jackson as github-api didn't support the latest greatest Jackson.
This PR bumps the github-api as it is supported: https://github.com/hub4j/github-api/releases/tag/github-api-1.330
No functional test has been done besides seeing the bot starts successfully.
