This PR removes the dedicated Spring Boot version compatibility test workflow that tested Spring Boot 3.3 and 3.4 specifically. The project now relies on the native image job to test Spring integration with the default Spring Boot version (currently 3.5.10).
Changes:

Before we merge this though, @zepfred please check the docs if we say anywhere which versions of Spring we support. With this, it should only be the latest 3.x LTS.
(We also need to change start.spring.io when we do the next 1.x release.)
