To add Suffix array algorithm implementation

Description

This PR adds an implementation of the Suffix Array algorithm in Java. The algorithm builds an array of indices that represent all suffixes of a string in sorted order, using an efficient O(N log N) approach.

Please let me know if any changes are required. I'm happy to update accordingly🚀😊.

This PR closes issue #6529.
