允许在方法上添加Hotfix特性，并设定HotfixFlag值为IgnoreThisMethod。
这允许不为此方法生成DelegateBridge，也不会注入该方法。
这解决了热更类型想要排除特定方法的问题。
这将用于含有Span或ref like类型的参数的方法，这些方法生成的DelegateBridge，无法编译通过。
如果想要正确编译，只能排除包含这个方法的类型，而这个类型的其他方法可能是需要热更的，现在的黑名单机制无法实现这一点，导致xlua用起来特别不灵活。
