Fix some missing dependencies in Makefile

We have detected the following dependency errors in your project.
Some targets (e.g., example_specific) miss dependencies (e.g., lib/libcolib.a). If we modify lib/libcolib.a, the example_specific will not be rebuilt. We have fixed these errors.
