refactor(angular): cleanup flexRender and add some jsdocs

• Move FlexRender logic into his own class in order to be used in both *flexRender and *flexRenderCell directive
• Add more jsdocs to public api
• Rename file names using camelCase
• FlexRenderFlags (used only internally by flexRender) is not an enum anymore
