Only the file "Documentation/Includes.rst.txt" has the file extension '.rst.txt'.
But all REST files can be included and will not have a ".txt" at the end.

All files that should be included and not renderered directly must not have the '.rst' ending but we suggest the '.rst.txt' ending.
