New options are: - Ability to ignore $PnS parameters in FCS headers - Ability to override bead ERFs when supplied with beads not in catalog - Ability to change bead fit threshold away from 0.05 - Check for unusually wide beak peak widths Other minor improvements: - clean up some typo/grammar errors in messages and improve Matlab style - Don't warn about small numbers of bead peaks when that is the expected number to detect - Allow channel lookup ColorModel.find to use either channel or string - Allow prefilters in GMM gating
